A new lodging option located within the grounds of the Labor de Rivera Boutique Hotel. Perfect for large groups. "El Fortin" was a former barracks in the 19th century, located next to the attractive gardens adjacent to equestrian area. There are four large rooms in two buildings with a courtyard in the middle. The concept is based on the European hostel model with shared rooms.
The fort is located within a walled area where you can see the traditional "Chacoaco", a brick oven with a fireplace. Since the mid-nineteenth century, it was used for cooking sugar cane and making sugar. This provides ample space for campfires, games and group activities.
The "La Querencia" and "Las Viandas" quarters, each have 16 berths and can accommodate up to 32 guests at a time. "Agaves" and "Corceles" quarters each have 8 bunk beds each with beds for up to 16 guests.
The bathroom for men has 3 toilets and five showers. The ladies bathroom has 5 toilets and 5 showers.
