La Taberna del Cofrade

Located four and a half meters underground is an old tavern where you breath the air of an old tavern that revives the living history of tequila.

La Taberna del Cofrade offers a menu from the five states that having the official designation of "origin" for the making of Tequila. Tequila can only be made from the blue agave. Blue agave is only grown in the these five states in Mexico:  Jalisco, Nayarit, Michoacan, Guanajuato and Tamaulipas. We also offer a wide range of drinks created inhouse.
